The thermos is excellent. It keeps water piping hot for several hours. What requires is the will to deliver within 2-3 days. It took a reminder from us to galvanize them into couriering the parcel. Overall, it took 8-10 days though we were assured it would be 2-3 days at the time the order was placed.
